A quick update on the latest exhibition Decode at the V&A, which sees a superb collaboration with onedotzero to bring you — Digital Design Sensations, interactivity, code and responsive practice. We popped along to see the likes of Joshua Davis, Universal Everything and Marius Watz. For more info also check the onedotzeroblog. A few more pics over on flickr too. Thanks to onedotzero for getting in touch.

Some tshirts designed to help over at Thread & Water. Our good friend Mr. Ness has designed this one above which I find particularly well done. Head on over and purchase some shirts to help with some clean drinking water in Haiti.

Following up on Crystal’s recent Esquire magazine post, (thanks to all who helped us get to the bottom of that one), I thought you’d be interested to hear about Esquire’s Suit Exhibition at Somerset House in London Town, UK. Esquire editor Jeremy Langmead hosted a stylish gathering drawn from the worlds of fashion, the arts, film and television, communicated with a truly lush space and print guide design by OK-RM.

I first heard of the event through the ever-superb September Industry (welcome back fella!), but you can read all about the launch night and the beautiful people who attended here. How incredibly posh.

For those of you in NY, go check out the first taping of the pilot of a TV program called “Design Matters,” which will take place on Friday, Dec. 11. Debbie Millman is host, and the show will be directed by Hillman Curtis. The show is conceived as a design version of “Inside the Actor’s Studio,” and Millman’s first two interviews will be with Milton Glaser and Stefan Sagmeister. Should be interesting! For those who go, let me know how it goes.

In follow up to our casting of the limelight on Simon Page’s nifty, and well-documented astronomy posters – Simon just recently gave us a nudge to inform us of the opening of his store. Additionally, you can read about some of the background behind the designs, namely the International Year of Astronomy, here. Also to hear how digital art extraordinaire Joshua Davis has also been involved in the popularising of the event. Hugs to Simon and everyone else involved!

I was lucky enough to be at the Design Museum London last night for the launch of the latest exhibition featuring legendary Dieter Rams. Simply one of the most influential designers of the late 20 century. The exhibition has been beautifully put together by Bibliotheque. And a must if your in London in the coming weeks. A big thanks.
