Noma Bar is a brilliant illustrator who’s capable of transforming negative space into something positive. His work is absolutely mesmerizing.

I just purchased his new book and was so excited when it arrived in the mail yesterday. I saw the cover and almost peed my pants. Do you guys see the coffin, dog, cat, AND the mouse? It took me a while to notice the mouse. Amazing work. I love how the spine is also the dog’s collar.

I definitely recommend the book. It might really help when designing logos like these and trying to cleverly use the negative space.
