‘Use your words…’

Amidst a recent and long overdue desktop clear-up last week I found these images in my spam emails – don’t fret there’s nothing obscene here (for once). Two separate joke mails once entitled ‘graffiti’ and the other very aptly named ‘ha! funny’. I often hear terms like ‘in order to create a pubic dialogue’ popping up in brand manifestos all over but these images are some of the most not just primitive but simple and entertaining examples of the phenomenon. Now I can’t place this one immediately into context, but I’m pretty sure that through six degrees of separation there is a guerilla campaign in itself waiting to be derived from this one:

Quality. Then the other mail – ‘ha! funny’ can be best described as the best-of compilation from the portfolio of an Austrailian zookeeper, who arguably fits the bill as the best creative copywriter operating outside the marketing and advertising industry. These are keepers:
